Due to the hand made nature of each piece please be aware there may be slight variations in colour, pattern and dimensions. 

 

CARE AND HANDLING

Please ensure to always store your bow tie in the box provided when not in use, and do take it to your local fine-dressware dry-cleaner when showing signs of wear. Love and cherish your bow tie and it will love and cherish you right back!

 

SHIPPING

We will ship each bow tie within 2 days of placing an order. The shipping price will be applied based on location at check-out. Please keep in mind we will be using Canada Post as our preferred shipping provider. They may not be the cheapest or fastest service in every case but they will make sure our bow tie gets to you safe and sound!

Taxes and duties will vary depending on country.

Please check your address carefully to ensure it is correct. Versum Collection will not be responsible for orders mailed to an incorrect address. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are somehow unhappy with the product, Versum Collection will be pleased to exchange our products or grant store credit. There are no cash refunds at this point, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A bow tie finding its way back home should be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. Please include all original packaging with the return.  
If the bow tie was damaged during the shipment, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it and we will gladly assist with exchanges.
